"the 40-foot tall Bob's Big Boy statue for an evil clown"

That is hilarious image to think about. Some what related, after a show in N.C. in 1990, I determined that I was the sober one and should be the one driving. Funny how the no camping rule in '89 forced so many messed up people onto the roads after the show. My instincts proved right, when later after getting lost on some back country road, one of my passengers grabbed the steering wheel in the effort to avoid the perceived cow he saw grazing in the middle of the road. We avoided the trees and ditch thankfully and are able to laugh about it now. I think I might have used up a couple life's up touring back then. Young, wasted, and chasing the sound. Still nothing like it. Peace

Perhaps the pinnacle of stupidity on my Road Trips was barrelling down I-95 heading to a Hartford show and pulling alongside a multi-colored VW bus. Windows were rolled down and doobage was passed over while doing about 65.

Ahhhh, the decision making powers of a twenty year old wastoid.
